This was a full gut-renovation of a row home in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. We worked with the owners (two local artists) to create a gallery and kitchen on the first floor, renovated studios for each of them on the second floor with a new full bathroom, as well as a new third floor master suite.
